Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant – CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite CRM modules and the ability to configure and implement solutions that optimize customer relationship management processes. This role focuses on understanding client business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of NetSuite CRM functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements, including lead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and customer service processes.
- Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and NetSuite CRM capabilities, recommending best practices and process improvements.
- Design and configure NetSuite CRM solutions that align with client business goals and enhance customer relationship management efficiency.
Configuration & Customization
- Configure NetSuite CRM modules, including sales, marketing, and customer support functionalities, to meet client needs.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports to streamline processes and improve visibility into customer interactions.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations with third-party tools such as email marketing platforms, customer support systems, and analytics tools.
Implementation & Testing
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite CRM implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of customer data to NetSuite CRM.
- Conduct functional and integration testing to validate system performance and functionality.
Training & Support
- Delivery training sessions to end-users, enabling effective use of NetSuite CRM solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, optimize configurations, and ensure system scalability.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on optimizing CRM processes and leveraging NetSuite CRM features.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and recommendations for system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP consulting, with a focus on CRM functionality.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring NetSuite CRM modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, including lead generation, sales pipelines, customer segmentation, and service workflows.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in NetSuite CRM, including lead-to-cash processes, marketing automation, and customer support modules.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteBuilder for workflow customization and automation.
- Familiarity with third-party CRM integrations, including email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer service solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
- Experience in implementing CRM solutions for specific industries (e.g., retail, SaaS, or professional services).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
