We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Principal Consultant – CRM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite CRM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end NetSuite CRM implementations, with a deep understanding of customer relationship management processes and best practices.This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complecomplex projectsprojects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite CRM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to NetSuite CRM.
- Customization & Integration:
- Customize NetSuite CRM modules to enhance functionality and meet specific client requirements.
- Integrate NetSuite CRM with other business systems to ensure cohesive operations.
- Training & Support:
- Provide training to client teams to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite CRM.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client concerns and optimize system performance.
- Project Management:
- Lead project teams, managing resources and coordinating efforts to deliver successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in NetSuite consulting, with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle NetSuite CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in NetSuite CRM modules and related functionalities.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and integration methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification or SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
- Experience with third-party CRM integrations and tools.
